This fantastic full day workshop will see you making your own films, having fun, while being mentored by real professional filmmakers. Also available in various packages for corporations will be psychometric profiling demonstrating who in your team is a leader, a great team member, or someone with great potential. Useful information gathered in a creative, constructive and warm atmosphere full of energy and enjoyment.
The workshop will be enjoyable as you create your own film memories and share top tips from your hosts – professional film crews who are some of the best in the business. As you get on to the making, you will discover and unleash your creativity as part of the film crew just like the professionals; or, if preferred, being cast to perform in front of the cameras. You can choose the option, when you’ve finished the filming to also participate in the editing of your unique creations. All the while you will be guided and helped by our especially trained team of GIVE-GET-GO professionals. At the end you’ll be sent neatly packaged copies of your films directly to your home, office or, if you’re on the Platinum offer, you will be wined and dined at your own awards ceremony featuring your films, where you are the stars!

What happens on the day?
Upon arrival at the venue you will be welcomed by your Executive Producer for the session and offered your screenplay and a cup of something to drink. You’ll get started with your production brief, your production team is selected, everyone has a important role whether you are going to be a director, producer, camera, sound, art department or actor, whatever you do will be vital and hugely rewarding fun. You then receive immediate, easy to understand guidance on how to go about enjoying your role to the maximum. Next up you’ll be taken to the set where you team up with the professionals as they help prepare your first scenes. You’ll be guided how to get going and then you will
be ready to film as you wish, all the while we’ll be making sure you are in focus, the picture is fine and the sound is good quality! Your Executive Producer will be pushing you forward just like it is in the film business; tapping her watch and reminding you that time is money! You will quickly review your first scene followed by setting up your next sequence with the rest of the crew and the acting team. You will then set about creating your own choices of how to best film the rest of your unique film, all the time being given advice and guidance by your professional partners. Light refreshments will be offered for you to enjoy during your production.

Need to know - Packages

All teams will select from up to 8 original themed scripts waiting for you at GIVE-GET-GO or you might have selected from 8 Short Shakespeare Shows, the fun bits everyone has heard of.

Silver package –Your team/s receive refreshments, including coffees, teas, a basic packed lunch and light snacks through the day. You receive your film within one week, and each member of the team gets a copy, which will contain your credit on screen.
Gold package – As above but lunch is a fulfilling cooked meal, and breaks include coffee and a selection of tasty donuts, cup cakes or healthy eating alternatives. In addition you receive a customized T Shirt, and hat, proving you were a member of the FILM CREW. You will be sent the film you made the day after filming finished.
Platinum package – As above but lunch is a multiple choice of haute cuisine, your afternoon tea includes delicious pastries, cakes and a sandwich selection, and you have an overnight stay in a wonderful hotel, an evening meal of excellence, an awards ceremony, after a showing of your films. If you want you can even make an Acceptance Speech and thank your mothers! Each team member receives their film before they leave.
• Availability & Team Size Productions run all year round but must be booked with your bespoke requirements.
Each group will be approximately 8 to 12 people in size and if your booking team is larger then we simply create more teams to cater for your needs.
Individuals can book with GIVE-GET-GO and will be accommodated with other groups.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. This is only a guideline and we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Prices will be tailored to your requirements and are on a Group basis.
How long should I allow for this experience?
You should allow approximately a full business day with an early start if you book a GOLD or SILVER experience.
Or you can book a PLATINUM experience that includes an overnight stay at our selected venues.
Timings may vary on the day depending on the team size; please take this into account if you are arranging transportation. Guests are requested to arrive at least 20 minutes before their experience is due to begin.
Additional information Disabled access is available with prior notice, if you require this facility then please advise at the me of booking (one person is able to accompany a disabled participant without charge). Still water is available. The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary according to location.
What about insurance? The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or willful negligence. A cancellation indemnity, subject to terms, is included.

All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase and we’ll send your booking information. Then you just need to check in on the day of your booking and enjoy your experience.
