At Give Get Go Education, our work has been recognised over the years for the consistent training, mentoring, and long-term support we provide to those who come through our doors.
A core part of our work is structured training and mentoring through apprenticeships. These offer real experience alongside guidance and support, helping people build confidence, practical skills, and a clearer sense of direction.
Our work supports young people as well as adults exploring creative careers or wider employment opportunities. Some come to us with strong creative interests. Others are still discovering their strengths or considering a change in direction. We support both, focusing on skills that can be used across creative industries and general career pathways.
This work sits within our Creative Pathway methodology, developed in partnership with Education Selection Box and The RYTC. The approach is simple: creative arts meet academic support, which then leads into creative career and general career opportunities.
Through this pathway, GGGE supports people to develop transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and confidence in professional environments. These are skills that support long-term growth, whatever stage of life someone is at.
The recognition and awards GGGE has received over the years reflect this joined-up, people-centred approach. They are not about quick outcomes, but about steady training, mentoring, and real progress for those who have often been underestimated.
At GGGE, our focus remains on supporting people to grow at their own pace, build belief in themselves, and access opportunities that feel realistic and achievable.
