Careers Do Not Start With a Perfect Plan, They Start With a First Step

Some of the most valuable career skills are picked up outside a classroom. Adaptability, problem solving, working with what is in front of you. These are the skills that show up when a plan changes, when the setting is not ideal, or when something unexpected happens and you have to figure it out anyway.

That mindset is exactly what Give Get Go Education is built on. Careers training does not need to start with a five year plan. It can start with one project, one challenge, one chance to try something new and see what you are capable of.

That is why we are launching our film-making competition. Young people get a script, guidance on how to bring it to life, and the chance to submit and win, no filmmaking experience required. It is a small, practical first step into the kind of thinking that careers are really built on: giving something a go, learning as you move, and trusting that you can figure the rest out.

Whatever direction a young person wants to head in, of course they can take the first step. We are here to help them take it.
